CLIMBING WALL

Please contact the Membership Services desk for times of availability.

Our 16 foot wide and 20 foot high wall with overhangs will be something everyone cab try. From bouldering for small children to the difficult routes for more experienced climbers, come try one of the fastest growing activities.

Our wall is located on one of our gymnasium walls and is supervised all the time that it is available. Will will accept drop-ins, groups, birthday parties and corporate training in the future.

We will offer instructional clinics for beginners and youth and soon offer "club fees".

Y WEIGHT...

Y WEIGHTis a personalized program designed for those "ready to be fit" who want to actively manage their weight. The main focus of this program is to provide individual programs in an non-intimidating environment with a Personal Fitness coach.

You are led through a routine that is designed for you. The focus is on proper diet, resistence training, cardiovascular fitness and stretching/flexibility routine.

Our knowledgable Personal Fitness coaches lead our participants so they can practice safe, enjoyable and rewarding physical activities.


Our knowledgeable and experienced instructors will help you to concentrate on your daily achievements and your sense of well being. During that program the participants will have the opportunity to meet with a Personal Fitness coach, one on one, at least 4 times, meet with a nutrition consultant at least twice and have an option personal fitness appraisal completed.
