As the largest and longest running not-for-profit Child Care in Saint John, we know what children need and what parents expect.  The Y provides safe and reliable Child Care that is focused on the individual needs for the child.  With plenty of room to play and an emphasis on daily outdoor activities, our staff provide age-appropriate development opportunities.

Our programs are licensed and all of our staff have training in First Aid, CPR and Child Protection. Certain sites even have staff that are trained in autism and diabetes.

We follow not only the NB Curriculum but also the national YMCA Playing to Learn Curriculum that is designed specifically to guide the development of your child.

Our pricing is very competitive, especially considering all that we offer.  We are pleased to discuss how we can help overcome financial barriers.

We recognize the importance of spending time together as a family and are now providing up to two weeks of vacation for children to be absent from Child Care with no payment required.  Please contact your program Director for information and requirements.
