Family Memberships

We know how important family time is, and the need for adding activity to everyone’s day. It’s not always easy with our busy schedules; so why not come in to the Saint John Y where programs for everyone are under one roof! From Pre-school Body Rock and Family Jujutsu, to Teen Weight Training, Group Fitness and the Wellness Center workouts; we have something for everyone! Your membership will give you access to our various locations where you can go to enjoy a variety of activities that will contribute to your family’s health and well being.

Youth and Teen Memberships

The Y’s youth and teen memberships offer the opportunity to embrace a balanced lifestyle; whether it be socializing in our Leader Corps, relaxing in a yoga class, lifting weights in the gym, or fitness dancing in Zumba®; there is something for everyone! Your memberships will give you access to our various locations where you can go to enjoy a variety of activities. All of our programs are fun, educational, and allow our youth members to continue their path to a lifetime of health, well being, and fitness.

Adult Memberships

Daily activity should be easy and fun. As we age, our physical and mental health is affected. Regular activity not only promotes a healthy lifestyle, it also reduces the risk of disease and discomfort. A healthy lifestyle helps us maintain our strength and flexibility, decrease tension and stress, increase energy levels and concentration, all while promoting balance. With various locations and a variety of programs to meet all ages and activity levels, the Saint John Y is a great place to experience your program. Whether you choose to attend fitness classes, participate in a specialty program, or work out in the Wellness Center; we are here to support you along your journey of well-being.

• Fitness Equipment - Choose from over 5,800 sq. feet of conditioning area equipment. Cardio machines, circuit equipment, free weights.
• We have over 20 fitness classes per week. From Zumba to Bootcamp to Yoga. We have it all.
