There are a number of different fitness classes that you can attend. Variety is the key to motivation. We encourage everyone to take advantage of all our classes. Attending different styles each week is a great way to cross train and it will keep your exercise regime new and exciting. Classes often change from session to session so please refer to the current fitness class schedule for times and locations.

Let us take you up hills, sprints and flat rides...in our climate controlled Fitness Studio for a great workout but more importantly, a chance to enjoy your day with others.
