This paper, distributed in November 1952 appealed to the community on behalf of the Y of Saint John.  Imagine - a whole building for only $750,000! 

Inside pages from the same newspaper gave details regarding the Capital Campaign starting November 17th and running to December 12th.  Everyone was urged to "Welcome the Y Canvassers when they call".
